United Airlines New Polaris Dishware: I Am Impressed!

Intro
I recently took a couple of flights in United Polaris on my trip to Syria, which, without realizing at the time, had the new United Dishware. As an avid United fan, this new dishware is a fantastic addition to Polaris, and makes the experience just a little bit more luxurious.
The Details
Once onboard, Polaris passengers are ordinarily treated to a pre-departure beverage. I was pleased to find that United has gotten rid of those hideous plastic cups and decided to implement real glassware when serving water and sparkling wine. A small feature, but one that frankly, took me back.
Now for the real highlight. When it came time to devour the meal (yes, I ordered the express service), I was pleasantly surprised to see beautiful white tablecloths presented, white serviettes, and actually nice dishware. How much nicer does this look as a whole??
My only complaint with the new dishware is the fact that the wine glasses are much smaller than the previous ones. While not usually an issue on United, I appreciate that I didn't have to ask for many refills previously. Ehh, a small price to pay.
I would also like to point out the fact that I think United's catering might just be improving. Not only were the sirloin strips divine, but I decided to tuck into some of the grilled cheese sandwiches that were delightful. Whole grain bread and decent quality cheese (for an airplane, let's keep it real). I don't know mate, but maybe this is a sign for the times ahead.
It was a lovely flight from takeoff to touchdown, and I can't wait to get into this review in 4-6 business months 😅.
Final Thoughts
United Airlines has really stepped it up in terms of their Polaris dishware. In the past, the product has looked sort of old, with the grey napkins and weird-looking bowls, but this new product looks sleek and perhaps makes the food look more appetizing. Props to you United Airlines!
